Our History
Saffron Enterprises Limited was incorporated in Illinois in 2006. President & company secretary Ms. Shakeela Naseer hails from the Indian sub continent and is a renowned Indian food service personality in USA who has been trained from Marriott and Pearl Continental Hotels (Formerly known as Intercontinental Hotel) and has a rich experience of working with the finest Indian restaurants and banquets in Chicago and abroad.
Ms. Naseer has many direct or indirect reviews in the American press describing her being the best Indian specialty chef in Chicago.

Saffron is the approved food service purveyor to different ethnic groups and reputed food service corporates like the following; Aramark, Sodexo, Bon Appetit, Compass, Chartwells, Morrisons etc.
Saffrons past and current locations includes University cafeteria's at University of Illinois(UIC-Chicago), Graduate school of business(GSB), Chicago university, North Eastern University (NEIU), North Western University, Chicago University Hospital, Loyola University Hospital, Illinois institute of technology (IIT), Harris Bank and many more.
Saffrons caterings were also provided to Roosevelt University (Chicago), Holy Cross Hospital and Lake forest college etc. Saffron is a “woman business enterprise” certified by Woman Business Enterprise National Council of USA (WBENC). Full service insurance coverage is provided on all food services.
